Beautiful 3 bed home with large driveway parking

Located close to Camberley town centre and a 5 minute drive to Frimley Park Hospital and local business parks. The house is a recently refurbished Victorian semi detached building. It has a character typical of its period and offers a warm and inviting clean space whilst retaining a homely atmosphere. There are a number of local parks within walking distance and a small high street at the end of the road which has a number of restaurants, takeaways and pubs. The space We welcome Families, Contractors, Friends, Holidaymakers, Business travellers and groups. We are located just a few minutes from Camberley town centre where you can find some great shopping and retail outlets, restaurants, cinema, bowling, an arcade and plenty of pubs and lively bars. We have a small high-street at the end of our road which has a co-op less than 150meters away, a lovely Italian restaurant, a variety of local shops and businesses and two pubs within a few minutes walk which both serve food Crabtree Pub & Royal Standard (Royal Standard has darts and a pool table) The House The house is a semi detached victorian building on a quiet cul-de-sac. We are constantly upgrading and making improvements to our home so you may find the space to be slightly different to the images at times :) The ground floor has a hallway which leads into the dining room where you will find the main dining table with 6 chairs. The wooden table here was made by my grandfather and has been in the family for nearly 70 years. The dining room has a large open plan divide to the lounge. The lounge has a large sofa that can seat 4-5 people and a highback chair which was reclaimed and restored a number of years ago. The lounge has a 65' smart TV which has full virgin TV as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime and youtube installed for your use. You will also find an xbox with headset and controller in the TV cabinet. The wood burning stove makes this room feel really cosy on those slightly colder nights and you may find you spend most of your time watching this instead of the TV! Through the back of the dining room you will find our kitchen which is fully stocked with everything you could want from a kitchen. There is a separate dining/breakfast table with 4 chairs here and we also have a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother for the coffee lovers in the house, we provide a selection of coffee free of charge for your stay. A washing machine and clothes rack for drying is also available for your use. Upstairs you will come to a split level landing, straight ahead you will see the 3rd bedroom with the sofa bed, this room overlooks the courtyard to the back of the house and is lovely to sit and watch the birds that like to make a home in the trees outside. Just before this room on your right you will find the bathroom which has candles and some basic supplies for your use such as shampoo and conditioner, body wash etc should you need any. The other side of the landing on the left you will come to the 2nd bedroom which also looks out over the courtyard and at the end of the hall you will come to the master bedroom which has a lovely Superking bed with ultra comfortable mattress. The master bedroom also has a 45' smart TV on the wall which you will find the usual apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube. All our bedrooms have luxury linen and duvet covers* A travel cot is also available on request (Bedding not provided) Towels are provided The spiral staircase in the hallway is out of bounds for guests and leads to the attic. We do not allow parties or events at the house and we ask if you have additional guests visiting to please let us know Check in is anytime after 3pm and we ask that you please check out by 11am. If you do require a later checkout we may be able to accommodate this so please just ask. We like to make sure everyone has a 5* stay here so if there is anything you need or any questions you have we will always do our best for you :) Guest access The whole house is accessible except the spiral staircase/loft room which is locked and not accessible. The garage and the outbuilding are not included with the house rental. Other things to note Please let us know if you have additional guests visiting or staying at the property. We do not allow large parties or events at the house.
