Minutes away to some of Melbourne's nature reserve parks and beaches, making this quiet, simple home ideal for any holiday adventurists, nature lovers, tourists, or anyone looking to getaway locally! FREE Unlimited Wi-Fi access, free parking, fully-equipped with air-conditioner, laundry, and kitchen! Guest access The entire home is all yours to enjoy! Detailed instructions will be sent a day before your arrival. Note: We have 2 available bedrooms for guest use. The other 2 bedrooms that are labelled 'Private' has been locked and use to store our belongings. Our garage is not accessible. You can park your vehicle on our driveway or utilise on-street parking if you're coming with more than 1 car. Do ensure your car does not block our neighbours entrance to their driveway. Other things to note The property is professionally cleaned between each guest's stay, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness during your stay. We appreciate it if you do some tidying up before leaving our apartment - at least throw out your garbage. We don't expect you to do an extensive cleaning of the apartment, but leaving the apartment in a reasonable state is appreciated and very helpful for our cleaners' performance. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10:00 am. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time. One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any lost or damaged keys is subject to a $200 charge. Keys that are accidentally locked inside the house, and if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees. Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, you may be subject to cover this fee. Check out - Please take a photo of the keys returned to their location on check out, and send the photo on the Airbnb chat for confirmation. PARKING: Please park all vehicles in our driveway. We advise all of our guests to be respectful of our neighbours and to please not block their driveway at all times. PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given. NOISE: Please keep the music/noise at a minimum between 10 pm-9 am. If we receive any complaints from our neighbours, we will have to cancel your booking. Please respect our neighbours and treat our lovely home well!
