The space The Golden Vaults is an ancient, beautiful and traditional Amalfitan two stories house with two separate entrances made of two disconnected apartments. It has been carefully restored to conserve its character and the charm of its original structure while infusing it with the stylish elegance of a contemporary home. The cool decor, high domed ceilings and traditional stylish Vietri and terracotta tiled floor frame modern furniture and carefully chosen fabrics. The First Floor has a separate access and you enter directly into the living room which contains a fitted kitchenette with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4 burner gas stove, cutlery, cookware and dishes, one Lavazza capsules coffee maker. The living room has comfortable sofa and Smart-TV connected to the Internet. The hallway connects to the 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a double queen size bed (one request we can separate it and convert that in two single beds). This double bedroom has a blue tiled bathroom en-suite with enclosed shower, washbasin and toilet. The master double bedroom has one double queen size bed, and provides a full bathroom next to it, tiled in green and equipped with an enclosed shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and clothes washer. This unit has a Sea View balcony only by the bedrooms. And sea view from the large window of the living room. A total of four can comfortably sleep in the First Floor at Golden Vaults; yet if a fifth person is ok sleeping on the divan, we can arrange a single sleeping space on the comfortable divan top cushions (sized 80cm*190), at additional costs. The Second Floor consists of a small private courtyard that invites you to the front door. You enter the hallway that connects the rooms. The living room includes a sofa, a table with chairs, a SMART-TV with a few English and foreigner channels ; the TV is connected to the Internet where you can broadcast your home TV plan, YouTube or Radio Tuning. The well fitted kitchenette consists of everything a modern kitchen requires and has plates and cutlery for 10 people; it features an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4 burner gas stove, cutlery, cookware and dishes, a Lavazza A Modo Mio capsules coffee maker. You will have access from the living room to the amazing private Sea View terrace equipped with an awning that would protect from the sun, a large table with chairs and a garden sofa that sits up to 8 guests. The floor has two bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen size bed has a beautiful blue tiled bathroom en-suite with enclosed shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The larger bedroom has a double bed, queen size (that can be converted in two single beds) and one additional single bed. A total of 5 guests can sleep on the Second floor of Golden Vaults. The next to this bedroom's bathroom is tiled in pretty green and equipped with enclosed shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and clothes washer. The property is well connected to the village center. There is a bus stop for local transportation just a few meters from the home. The bus loops the village every hour in the high season (only a few buses run in the winter time). You pay as you go at a mere 1 euro per ride. You can get to La Praia beach within a 5 to 10 minutes ride. Or, you can walk down, enjoying the beautiful scenery in approximately 20 minutes, using the public steps and paths. At 300 meters our guests can hop on the bus to Positano from Piazza San Luca. The Sitasud bus stop is located 1 km away and you can access it by using the local Praiano internal bus or by walking circa 15 minutes. Sitabus serves the entire Amalfi Coast, from Sorrento to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. Should our guests be interested in traveling to Capri by boat, you can use either Positano or Amalfi harbors or La Praia as closest starting points. Water taxis are also available for a wonderful day out with your family or friends cruising our shimmering Mediterranean Sea; the service must be prearranged and reserved upfront. Having a car while you are a guest here will not be a problem. Free parking space is generally available on the near communal street. Should the fre eparking be unavailable, you can find paying lots at 300 meters at resonable daily rates. Our guests should note that this property has the privilege of having a very limited number of stairs to be climbed to reach the front doors of both floors; this is a rarity for the Amalfi coast properties.
