It’s set up to be simple and comfortable for families—easy lake access, a relaxing hot tub, and cozy indoor spaces for downtime after the sun and water. Inside, you’ll find a bright, practical layout with a large living room featuring a huge sectional, a futon for extra sleeping space, and a 65” Roku TV for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for real meals (not just snacks), with stainless appliances, cookware, dishes, and a dual-use Keurig for pods or grounds. The dining table seats 6, and the deck/screened porch offer additional places to eat and hang out. Outdoor Living The screened porch is a guest favorite—it’s where you’ll find the 6-person hot tub, plus seating so you can relax comfortably without bugs. Outside, enjoy the grill for cookouts, the hammock for afternoon naps, and the firepit with Adirondack seating for s’mores and stargazing. Lake Access + Dock (Please Read) Guests have shared access to the dock, which is also used by the owners. You’re welcome to use the dock for swimming (ladder available), fishing, relaxing, and launching the included kayaks. If you’re bringing a boat, we’ll coordinate the best tie-up/loading setup during your stay since the dock is shared. Optional on-site pontoon + jet ski rentals may be available seasonally (Apr 15–Sept 15, additional fee; weather/availability dependent). Rentals are operated separately by Warner Boat Rentals LLC and require notice + rental agreement/waiver.
