Close to Snowy Range Ski Area!! Renovated apartment in historic downtown building. Charming old town Laramie, just out your door. Park it. Walk to everything. Comfy, spacious, clean top floor apt. w/ convenient walk-to- or bike-to access to everything Laramie has to offer, all within a few blocks away. Take your pick from restaurants, cafes, bars, Safeway, or even a UWYO game -OR - make your own meal in the full kitchen and snuggle up w/ Netflix! The space Spacious and private with high ceilings, large windows, and upper floor open layout. There’s a small back porch just off the kitchen, to also bring in more air - but recommend to keep locked when not in the apartment, and to use the back stairs carefully (they are very steep, yet sturdy) . There’s always something going on downtown, from music, to great food and coffee shops, to incredible sunsets. Never a dull moment. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself! This is a single apt above a shop below, that closes at 8pm in the center of downtown Laramie. Everything easy to walk to - but don’t forget the non-walkable restaurants too! Highly recommend both Sushi Boat and Corona Village (Mexican) restaurants .. Other things to note Close to Snowy Range Ski Area! The elevation in Laramie is 7200 ft above sea level, so don’t underestimate the need for water (stay hydrated), lotion and lip balm (dry skin/chapped lips). We provide coffee, tea, eye masks, ear plugs (for city noise sometimes)... Mi casa es su casa - we wish for you to enjoy Laramie to its fullest ! Parking: Parking downtown is first come first served. Laramie parking is not monitored but does say 2 hour limit. NO parking on third street on Sunday evenings due to street sweeping. I recommend parking on Ivinson St. near the big church across the street. I live in Laramie and have never had difficulty with parking. There are several free parking lots in the downtown area and within walking distance.
