The space The BNB is a contemporary free-standing self-contained studio pavilion set at the back of a historic 1890's Queenslander style home which was once dairy farming area. You will have privacy and the whole studio to yourself. Come and go as you please with your own separate entry. Spacious and airy, guests love this secret oasis. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. * Large bedroom with comfy queen bed, quality linen, clothes rack, dresser, luggage rack. * Spacious open plan Living/Dining with sofa, Smart TV, single bed, single fold -out sofa bed, dining table and chairs, books, playing cards, board games. * Kitchenette with small benchtop stove/oven, microwave, bar fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, tea & milk, cooking utensils, washing machine. Cooking essentials provided: eg. oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar. * Modern Bathroom with toilet, shower, vanity basin. Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. * Desk with free WiFi * Iron, folding ironing board * Continental Breakfast pack provided to get you started. * Umbrellas for rainy days. * Outdoor Hills Hoist and folding rack for clothes drying. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The space will accommodate up to 4 people. - Bedroom with Queen size bed has a curtain (no solid door) separating it from the rest of the studio. - Single Bed and a fold out Single Sofa Bed in the open plan Living/ Dining area. Please let host know if you need these beds made up. PRICING: Price is a set rate for up to two guests. Additional charge per person in excess of two. When booking, please nominate number of guests to receive accurate pricing. SAFETY NOTE: Studio is adjacent a large unfenced pond so not suitable for children under 13yo or for pets. Host lives in the front main house and easily contactable if you have questions. Guest access Access to the studio is via pathway on left hand side of main house. The studio has a separate private entry via 4 steps. Self check-in with electronic Smart Lock. Come & go as you please. Guests have entire use of the free-standing studio pavilion building and are welcome to enjoy the garden. Ramp access from the Bedroom into the garden. Free Parking on street. Other things to note The property has a large unfenced pond (70cm deep) so is not suitable for pets or children under 13yo. Please keep children supervised at all times. Possums may occasionally run across the roof. Complimentary ear plugs provided NOTE: There is a step in floor level (15cm height) within the studio, also a few steps at front entry gate and entry door, so it is not suitable for wheelchair access or people with significant mobility issues. No smoking permitted indoors.
