A century-old stone wall surrounds the property. The house is comfortable, has a large balcony facing Morro Redondo, with a very beautiful view. The space The property has only one house and also our agribusiness, Casa Piovene, where we manufacture our jellies. The agribusiness is located in the lower part of the house and operates from Monday to Friday during business hours. It is located 10 minutes from downtown Gramado. Along the way, there are wineries, grape juice factories, and agribusinesses that produce sweets, cookies, pasta, and vinegar. We are also close to the Parque de Olivas de Gramado.
