The villa is located close to the village of Bayahibe, on a very quiet street, opposite Bayahíbe Ranch. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. Composed of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, large kitchen and spacious living room, small living room and spacious and sunny terrace upstairs. All members of the group will feel very comfortable there. The space On the ground floor you will find: - The equipped kitchen - The large living room with SmartTV and dining room. - Toilet - One bedroom, Queen size bed, Smart TV, bathroom and Walk-in Closet. Upstairs you will find: - A small living room. - A master suite, king size bed, terrace, bathroom and walk-in closet. - 2 Bedrooms with Queen Size bed, bathroom and Walking Closet. All rooms (4) have their own bathroom and are equipped with individual Mini Split adjustable air conditioning. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, except for a room on the ground floor that we use as a storage room for personal items. Other things to note - Electricity consumption: Please note that electricity consumption depends on your use of air conditioning, for this reason we charge part of the electricity in addition at the end of your stay.
