With easy access from the circular driveway, you can move on in using the Smart Access Door Lock at the welcoming front entrance. With the Master suite on the ground level you can enjoy the views from the large windows or watch Netflix on the smart TV. You’ll love relaxing in the spa bath or enjoying the large master shower and double vanity. Three steps down will take you to the gorgeous kitchen, dining and family lounge. The huge dining table will seat at least 10 people and the hutch cabinet has all you need to prepare your charcuterie board. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need including a commercial walk in fridge, huge island bench and a coffee station. Kick back by the wood fire (limited wood supplied, don’t forget to bring extra along with you if there’s a cold snap forecast) and relax on the electric recliner lounge whilst watching your favorite movie on the 56 inch smart TV. From there you can enjoy the outdoor open living space with an infinity pool and majestic views. When you’re feeling a little water logged from the pool you can move onto the bar and pool room to continue to enjoy the view, playing pool or trying your hand at the Maverick Pinball machine. Upstairs is another family area, TV with Telstra TV and three large sized bedrooms all with more lovely views and Queen size beds. Enjoys books, DVD’s or one of the ample board games and puzzles provided. There is a King Single Trundle bed in a nook in the upstairs family room. A second bathroom with separate toilet completes the upstairs area.
