The space Here you will have your very own fully self contained 2 bedroom Guesthouse apartment on the (upper) first floor of this beautiful home with its own full amenities and totally separate entrance to come and go as you please, with no internal shared spaces - totally private! The property has a stunning country feel and is located just off Maudsland Road at the base of the hinterland / tambourine mountain. This is a prime holidaying location as its conveniently located within 30 minutes of all the popular attractions you will need… With all the major theme parks only 8-15 minutes drive away, allowing you to fit more into your day by saving you time being local and not sitting in traffic. Also located only 25-30 minutes away are all the popular beaches and sea world. The house is situated on just over an acre, with tropical greenery everywhere you look. The property is fully fenced and has a huge pool for you to relax and enjoy. The Gold Coast Maudsland Guesthouse is best suited to comfortably accommodate 4, however can easily accommodate up to 6 guests (additional guest fees apply) so please ensure you enter the correct number of guests on booking. Guest access The Maudsland Guesthouse is a fully self contained private apartment with 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, amenities and a totally separate entrance from the main residence with no internal shared spaces - totally private. You will also have access to the grounds, on site parking, the undercover alfresco area, the pool, on-site laundry and your very own private Guesthouse apartment. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions: How will I get the keys? There is a key safe located outside the apartment door for your convenience. Great for those who prefer self check in and check out. How late can I check in? Check in is any time after 3pm. However if you are arriving later than 10pm please just message to let me know. Do I get access to the pool? Of course - you have access to the pool, undercover alfresco, grounds & on site laundry facilities. These are accessible by all guests. Which level is the apartment on? The apartment is on the (upper) first floor, the entire left wing is yours during your stay so there are stairs to climb. This is a totally separate, self contained apartment from the main residence, with its own entrance. What bedding will be provided if I book for 5 or 6 people? A sofa bed with an inner spring double size mattress will be made up for you if you book for 5 or 6 guests, all linen, blankets, etc. will also be provided. Otherwise please request the sofa bed usage on booking. What is available if i have an infant?
