The second unit was completed in September 2022. If you are wanting to book just one, please see our other listings. The secondary unit does not yet have a washer and dryer but the bungalow does. The bungalow is better suited for guests with pets and kids. Currently, no pets are allowed at the Clear Creek Retreat (smaller unit). We hope to provide a wonderful experience at both homes simultaneously. Bungalow Entry: Keypad lockbox. Secondary Unit Entry: Smart lock with a unique key code. Parking: On-site parking for up to 5 vehicles, including a covered carport. Other things to note Guest access When booking both units, you have access to the entire property on both sides of the fence. The bungalow has one locked closet and will be accessed with a key in a lockbox. The secondary unit is accessed via smart lock with a unique key code. Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out: We request $20 for every hour late or early. For example, check-in at noon would cost $60. No check-in before 11 am and no check-out after 2 pm. Pets: A pet fee of $25 per pet per night for your stay is requested at booking and due before you check-in. There are discounts available for longer stays. And we will work with you if you have multiple pets. Pets are only allowed in the 1954 bungalow. Need baby gear during your stay? We have some limited baby gear available, just ask! Cleaning Procedures: To ensure the safety of our guests, we follow the CDC and EPA guidelines to effectively clean and disinfect our property after each check-out. Our cleaners clean using bleach-based disinfectants, paying additional attention to frequently touched surfaces including door knobs, light switches, and door pulls. The following lists our cleaning procedures when turning over: -Use of bleach-based disinfectant, paying additional attention to high-touch surfaces -High heat wash and dry on linens -High heat wash and dry dishes -Wash comforters between guest stays -Wash rugs, blankets, and pillow covers between each guest -Frequent hand washing Please Note: The ice maker is currently out of service.
