We crafted this magical and unique dwelling perfect for any admirer of the beloved wizarding world, or anyone who just truly appreciates and revels in true craftsmanship and unique design. As you cross the elevated walkways, you'll feel like you're entering a wizards treehome in the forest. The 1,200 sqft treehouse is nestled among the branches of several maple trees, providing a magical and secluded escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Once inside, you'll be transported to the world of whimsy and grandeur. You will enter through the grand hall of a kitchen and dining area which is well equipped. The cozy living area in the loft above, features a plush leather sofa and ottoman, perfect for cuddling while watching your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. Or curl up in one of the few comfy nooks spread about the treehouse with a good book and cup of tea. The sleeping areas are located across the bridge, in the tree supported portion. The queen-sized beds are draped in luxurious linens and sit surrounded by rooms crafted with unique siding walls and lighting features, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. The hall of prophecy bathroom features everything a bathroom should while being stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries. Outside, you'll find a deck with some chairs to help you relax while taking in the forest that surrounds, or go to the patio above the treehouse which is perfect for enjoying a meal or a glass of wine while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding forest. To reach this extraordinary dwelling, one has to embark on a wondrous journey along a winding gravel road that meanders through the ancient woods. The path is adorned with trees and wildflowers of every shade of green, glimmering as gentle rays of sunlight filtered through the canopy above. When the ground is muddy or covered in snow, guests will park in the field below and driven to the treehouse in our UTV. We will see you on check in, after that you will be on your own unless you ask to see us. We are located in the isolated town of Hancock, right off state route 125 so getting here is easy. Our biggest neighbor is the Green Mountain National forest so wildlife can be expected to be heard, if not seen. We do have some human neighbors who can make some noise but there is no line of sight from the treehouse to anyone else. bring a car or bike, no public transport and nothing is close. During winter months your vehicle will not be able to make it to the treehouse. You will park in our field and we will drive you to and from the treehouse in our tracked utv. The kitchen has a a fridge, oven, induction cooktop, and a dishwasher (yes, a dishwasher in a treehouse!) All appliances are apartment size in order to fit in the limited space. Due to our allergies, we are unable to host any animals in this treehouse. The treehouse is located on a hillside, accessed by a gravel road. We will show you the treehouse and let you decide if you would like to park at the treehouse or the field below. If you park in the field, we will drive you to and from the treehouse. This has worked well so far, clear communication makes it easy.
