Best place for stargazing right from the decks. The space The first floor of this home has 1 bedroom with 2 luxury queen beds, window seats and 1 full private bath. The living room and bonus room on the first floor has sofa sleepers. The amenities in the first floor include a 55' smart TV with Roku, books, board games, washer, dryer, and a garage with a ping pong table and a kids foosball table. The second floor has 1 bedroom with luxury queen bed and 1 full bath. The second floor offers an open concept where the family room, dining, and kitchen meet. This floor is also equipped with a 75' smart TV with Roku. The deck upstairs extends the entire length of the second floor with 4 big entry doors and lots of patio seating. There is also a BBQ grill. Lake County offers one of the best stargazing experiences around. Please enjoy the view with the on-deck telescope! As an additional amenity, we have Level 2 EV charger for you. Guest access Guests have access to all areas in this house except the basement & walk way down to the forest area. Other things to note 1.We are taking COVID precautions very seriously. Please feel free to ask about our cleaning procedures. 2.Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor house rules. An additional damage deposit is required for every booking. Booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules. This deposit is refundable given that all house rules are followed. 3.We are on a mission to restore natural water bodies around the world and 1% of profit will be utilized for this purpose.
