Surrounded by fresh air and wide green meadows, we have created a small oasis of well-being in Kraiham near Seekirchen. A place to slow down, breathe deeply, and recharge. Our accommodation is modern, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed – offering everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. ________ Please note: For an easy arrival and full flexibility during your stay, we recommend a rental car. This way, you can truly enjoy the peaceful location. 🚗🌿 ________ The space Our "GLÜCKSMOMENT" accommodation is generously built over 3 floors and has an impressively "different" layout. Arrived in the house, a corridor that leads to different residential units leads to a large glass entrance door - your "GLÜCKSMOMENT" for the booked time. In the entrance area is the cloakroom, a guest toilet and a large bedroom with bathroom. Stairs lead up to an open and friendly living area with kitchen and bar. The focal point of this room is the dining table, which offers plenty of space for 8 people. On this floor there are also all 3 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and access to the terrace. A staircase - separated only by glass - in the middle of the room leads to the attic. A visible roof truss made of wood creates an absolute feel-good atmosphere. On one side of the room is a large styling area with 2 tables and lighted mirrors. In the center is a comfortable couch with a TV. On the other side - separated by a floor-to-ceiling glass wall - there is a study with a desk. Note on air conditioning: The accommodation is equipped with permanently installed air conditioning units in three rooms. Not all rooms are air-conditioned. ______ Our general pool area with outdoorpool (10x5 m) offers a seating area and sun loungers for a relaxing time and to soak up the sun. The pool is open from May to the end of AUGUST (daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) - depending on the weather and outside temperature. The pool area is accessible to our entire house, in which there are 3 bookable accommodations, and is used jointly. ______ In our accommodation you will find everything you need for your daily needs. You only need to bring your personal items, cosmetics and groceries. Of course there is WiFi throughout the house. _______________________ For better cooperation, we ask that you strictly observe the quiet times (12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.). Parties or events in our accommodation are not allowed. Guest access During your booked stay, you have exclusive access to all the amenities of our apartment. We sincerely thank you for taking care and being mindful of the comforts our apartment offers. Your well-being is important to us – enjoy your stay to the fullest! Other things to note Our accommodation "GLÜCKSMOMENT" has its own styling area in the attic. Two make-up / styling tables with illuminated mirrors give you plenty of space to prepare for the day or evening. ______ Our laundry facilities are available to you by appointment. If you wish to use them, we are happy to reserve a 4-hour laundry time slot for you and provide laundry detergent as well as a drying rack. There is a fee of 20 EUR for 4 hours of use. ______ For the reservation of a travel cot including bedding before your arrival, a flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged. Please contact us in advance. ______ The E-charging station at the parking lot is available to you by appointment. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt hour for charging your car.
