The space Bedrooms and Bathrooms The home offers five (5) bedrooms and two (2) full baths. Bedroom 1: Queen bed on first floor. Bedroom 2: Queen bed on first floor complete with kids toys and games to entertain all the littles. Bedroom 3: Queen bed upstairs with office space if needed. Bedroom 4: Trundle bed with two (2) twin beds Bedroom 5: Twin bed upstairs Two (2) bedrooms are on the first floor and three (3) bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Downstairs bath has large shower/tub combo with a large sink and mirror and a magnifying makeup mirror as well. Upstairs bathroom has a stand up shower with a large sink. Kitchen and Dining Room Fully stocked kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, tabletop necessities and every small kitchen appliance you would need including an instant pot, air fryer, blenders, crockpot, toaster, electric kettle, coffee grinder, coffee pot, french press, etc. A separate dining room that sits 4-6 overlooks the wooded mountain side. Living Room Spacious living room is perfect for entertaining with a large couch, oversized leather chair/ottoman and a large TV with all your favorite streaming services. Floor to ceiling picture windows allow you enjoy nature from the comfort of the home, watch as deer, chipmunks, turkeys, foxes and squirrels play in the surrounding woods. Sun Room and Mudroom The rear entrance of the house offers a mudroom and washer/dryer to shake the dirt of the day. The front entrance offers a sun room for quiet breakfasts in Spring and summer. Outdoor Deck A deck off the dining room offers a teak dining table that can fit 4-6 for evening entertaining. Grounds 12-acres of land wait to be explored by your family or your pets. Enjoy the trails into the woods or the football size field in the front of the house. Your kids and dogs will never be so tired! Local Things to See/Do The Roxbury Barn & Estate is only 1 mile down the road. The location is PERFECT for wedding parties or wedding guests!! The property is only minutes from Plattekill mountain, a perfect mountain to start kids on winter sports, the newly renovated Bellayre mountain is only 25 minutes from the house. For trail hiking check out Mine Kill State Park only 25 minutes away or go further out to check our lakes and long trails. Hanah Country Club's 18-hole championship course is only 15 min from the property. Roxbury town (8 min) and Margaretville town (15 min) offer restaurants, shops and entertainment. So much to do in only 15-30 minutes from the grounds! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. The detached garage and outhouse is not accessible.
