IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - No Ocean View from Bedrooms or Living Area - Oceanfront Unit & Patio are Private – Please note that this home does not have access to the oceanfront patio. The beach can be easily accessed via 60th Street. -Please review house rules regarding Noise, Occupancy (Day & Nighttime), Pets, Parties, Smoking (Marijuana & Vaping included), and ESPECIALLY NOISE VIOLATIONS. ***FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION*** -This is a Duplex Home. The Beachfront Unit & Patio belongs to other tenants -There is no Oceanview from the Home or Bedrooms (Only from the rooftop deck) - Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected. -No rooftop Patio noise after 10 pm. -Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay. - (1) Garage Parking PETS This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet. The stairs leading to the second level may be challenging for some elderly individuals or those with limited mobility. Guests with limited mobility should review these details carefully to ensure the property meets their needs. Air-Conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399. Parking Details (1) Garage Parking Laundry A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders. High Chair & Pack ’n Play High chair and Pack ‘n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability. Noise/Construction disclaimer Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours.
