New loft in a historic building

Enjoy your stay at this charming loft In a remodeled historic building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The loft is equipped with top of the line appliances, plenty of space, close to restaurants, and shopping venues. Guest are responsible for utility bill usage for stays over 30 days. Guest access There is access to a small pool, and a nice hot tub on the rooftop of the next building. Other things to note I have room darkening curtains around the bed that will make for a nice dark bedroom. I also have a brand new top of the line mattress, with a T.V. in the bedroom. There is a high definition, curved, smart T.V. Plus luxury Bosch appliances. In addition, plenty of storage space in the unit. Utilities & cable are extra for long term stays, 30 days plus.
