The space The accommodations offer: - Integrated living environments, living room next to the kitchen, spacious and well-lit space. - Kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils to prepare and serve your favorite meals on site. - 32-inch Smart TV and 200 mega Wi-Fi internet, for the exclusive use of guests. - Balcony with barbecue and access from both the living room and the double bedroom. - Service area attached to the kitchen, with washing machine and dryer. - 2 full bathrooms with hot shower, one in the suite. The space comfortably accommodates 6 people, and has a trundle bed for an extra guest. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 42-inch Smart TV, one of which is a double suite. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third has two single beds together, one of which is a trundle bed. The lower part of the trundle bed is ONLY FOR CHILDREN. We provide 2 covered parking spaces in a drawer for passenger cars. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after the reservation is closed; (2) parties and social events (mainly nighttime) are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs inside and outside the accommodations is prohibited; (5) we do not accept pets. Failure to follow the house rules are reasons to end your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleaning and fines caused by breaking these rules.
