Welcome to our accommodation :) This is a small but cozy 25m² studio located in the multicultural neighborhood of Lavapiés, one of the most typical, ideal for those who want to discover the city from its most vibrant and diverse side. Within walking distance: Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía at 550m. Paseo del Prado 15 min away Plaza Mayor 17 min Gran Vía at about 20 min If you want to take the Metro, Lavapiés stop is 200m away and Antón Martín is 300m away. The space In a building without a lift, the flat is located on the 1st floor. Please note that there are stairs to climb. As you can see in the photos, the studio is a small 25m2 open-plan space consisting of: - a kitchen area with a little table and 2 chairs (there is no sofa) - there is no bedroom ¡, but a sleeping area with a double bed (135x190) - 1 bathroom with shower *Please, take this into account before booking: -The apartment has two windows that do NOT have shutters. It is equipped with translucent blinds that allow natural light to pass through. -Both windows overlook the corrala, an interior courtyard typical of 19th century Madrid. Therefore, the apartment may lack natural light. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning by means of 1 portable penguin-type air conditioner. The house is heated by an electric wall-mounted electric radiator. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 30 liters: once it has been used up, just wait for the thermos to fill up again. Restricted car zone: If you come by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which oblige you to park your vehicle in a car park unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car. Nearby car park: Parking Lavapiés. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
