MID-TERM STAYS The Nest is offered as a mid-term rental with a 30-night minimum, making it ideal for professionals on assignment, families visiting loved ones, or anyone transitioning between homes in Greensboro. THE SPACE Just over 800 square feet, The Nest is thoughtfully designed to feel cozy, functional, and lived-in—in the best way. Two comfortable bedrooms feature plush memory-foam queen mattresses for deep, restorative sleep. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, perfect for starting or ending your day with ease. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen invites you to cook real meals, not just reheat leftovers. Enjoy your morning coffee at the table or unwind in the evening with a cocktail on the private patio overlooking a peaceful natural area—an easy way to slow down after a full day. LIFE AT LAKE DANIEL Step outside and enjoy one of Greensboro’s favorite neighborhood parks. A short walk brings you to Lake Daniel Park, where you can play tennis, stroll the paved walking trail, picnic under the trees, or let kids burn off energy at the playground. The park also hosts casual pickup grass volleyball games on Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings, giving the neighborhood a friendly, local feel. DOG FRIENDLY Well-behaved dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats). The neighborhood is ideal for daily walks, and the park is just a few blocks away. A $90 pet fee per dog (up to two dogs) applies and can be added directly to your Airbnb booking. Everything is prepared by our exceptional cleaning partners, who take pride in making sure the space is spotless and welcoming for your arrival. The condo is all on one level with just two steps up to the front door. Please note that the front porch is shared with a neighboring unit. Because The Nest is a mid-term rental, we’re happy to offer optional cleaning services during your stay. Just let us know at booking and we’ll gladly provide a quote based on your needs. We welcome two well-behaved dog with an $90 pet fee each. Please be sure to indicate your pet when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
