O espaço This beautiful 2,200 sqft Villa is nested in a brand new Resort. If you are tired of going to the parks everyday, enjoy some rest and have some fun with your kids and friends in your private pool and at the amazing resort Clubhouse that offers a cafe/restaurant, a big pool with double water slide, spa, lazy river, gym, playground, game room, basketball and sand volleyball court. 1ST FLOOR: -Bedroom with King Size bed and TV. Full bathroom with stand-up shower right next to the room in the hall. 2ND FLOOR: -Master Bedroom with King size bed and mobile crib and TV. Full private bath with double sinks and stand-up shower. -Bedroom with Queen size bed and TV. Full private bath with stand-up shower. -Thematic Bedroom 1 with bunk bed and full size bed; TV, LED lighting. Full bathroom next to room in the loft area with bath tub and shower. -Thematic Bedroom 2 with two twin beds and TV; LED lighting. Full bathroom in the loft area. LOFT AREA -Spacious family room with TV. Sofa turns into a large sleeping bed. Full bathroom with bath tub and shower. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, baking sheet, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, waffle maker, slow cooker, oven, refrigerator w/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, silverware, dishware, cooking basics. Dining room table seats 8 people and there are 4 barstools at the island. PATIO/OUTDOOR AREA Screened private pool with heating available at an additional cost - it has to be for the entire stay, no partial payments. Propane grill also available at an additional cost. Outdoor dining table and pool lounge chairs. Half bathroom available as well. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your initial convenience only. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check in. *POOL HEATING: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation. It is an additional cost of $30/night and has to be for the entire stay, we do not do partial payments. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. ** BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $60. This will cover the cleaning of the grill so you do not have to worry about cleaning it before checkout. Guests will also be responsible for obtaining their own propane. If there is still propane left on your arrival, feel free to use it, otherwise you will have to refill the tank that is there. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. Outras observações **PARKING** -There are plenty of spots in front of the home and on the street, There is a limit of 3 vehicles per reservation. Failure to comply with the regulations of the resort can result in towing and fines. We offer complimentary WiFi Kids amenities- high chair, kids table, crib, baby tub is free of charge. -We offer pool heating for an additional $30 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 24 hours to fully warmed up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). I recommend to let us know in advance that you want this option so when you get to the house, the pool will be heated already. - We offer a propane gas grill. There will be a $60 fee for use paid before check in. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. 15 days before check-in, you will receive a form to enter the guests' names, as they need to be registered in the condominium's access control.
