This unique place has a style all its own. Newly built 900 sq ft 5 room cottage in south Jenks. Designed by an experienced traveler obsessed with every detail. This cozy, immaculate, private, & awesome getaway offers style, tranquility, & convenience. Minutes away from restaurants and groceries, and easy access to highway 75; you can be almost any place in Tulsa in just 10-15 minutes. Pets welcome! Perfect for families w/infants, single travelers, & couples. Work friendly w/fast wi-fi The space You are renting a guesthouse with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and laundry. The master bedroom has a brand new king bed and the second bedroom has a brand new queen bed as of winter of 2022. Gourmet style fully stocked kitchen with coffee, sugar and creamer provided. High-end shower with multiple fixtures including body jets and rain shower. Our spot is fully handicap accessible so shower is roll in with hand held wand for ease of use. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided for each stay. Laundry has full size washer and dryer with soap. Handicap accessible with no stairs, ramps and wide doors throughout property. There is one adjoining doubled sided locked door to the main house. This door stays locked during your entire stay. We have taken great steps to sound proof both listings but some sound transfer does occur on occasion. The only shared spot is the driveway, all other areas are completely private including a privacy fence to separate the two listings. **Interested in renting the main house "WaHaYa House Jenks"? Guest access You will look for a wooden gate to the left of the main house garage. Open the gate to a sidewalk and you are home! The guesthouse and yard is full access, private space. Access is via a keypad. The back yard is fully fenced. Parking: Please use the new driveway (left side). It should hold up to 2 cars parked tandem. Please do NOT park on the old concrete driveway (right side) as it is reserved for our main house guests. Also there is free parking on the street if you have more than 2 standard sized vehicles. The neighborhood has side walks and I often have walked in this area for exercise. There are two grocery stores very close by car. To get around I would recommend a rental car, personal car or ride share. There is not public transportation in this area. Other things to note This property is fully handicap accessible. We do have a $60 pet fee. Just add your pet to the reservation and the system will automatically handle this. If more than one pet please reach out!
