The space 1 Bedroom with Balcony – New and Fully Furnished Scandinavian theme interior at high floor (47th floor) facing the stunning Amenities and a majestic view of Manila Bay. SM Air Mall, SaveMore Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, spas, beauty shops/saloon, dental and skin clinics and laundry shops are available and located on the lower floors (basement, ground and first floor) of the building as well as the paid parking. Guest access The apartment building provides Front Desk, Grand Lobby, Security, Maintenance and Amazing Amenities for Adult and Kids. The unit is equipped with digital door lock. Guest will be given their unique digital code/passcode to enter the unit. Guest ID/Passport (each guest) is required after the reservation is confirmed. Guests have access to the outdoor Swimming Pool located at 8th floor. Pool Access Requirements: •Pre-registration is required. •Opens from Tuesday to Sunday between 6am to 6pm (or 10pm, subject to confirmation from the guard on duty). •Php150 per guest during regular days and Php300 per guest on holidays. •Pool coupons are available at the Air Building Admin located at 8th floor. •Air Admin is open from Mondays-Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm. •There are no lifeguards in any of our swimming pools. •Guardians or parents are encouraged to make sure that their children are accompanied by an adult. Other things to note Edin's home can accommodate a maximum of 4 Guests. *2 Adults + 2 Kids (Free) or 2 Adults + 1 Adult with extra charge of Php550.00 *Kids Age: 11-Year-Old and below FREE. (12-Year-Old above consider Adult) TERMS AND CONDITION OF STAY: * The host reserves the right to require a security deposit for long term stay and must be settled upon check-in, amount is TBA. This is refundable upon check out should there be no other incidentals or damages on the property. Also, the management requires to clean and replace the bed linens/covers on a weekly basis. *Extra charges: for the early check-in and/or late check-out is Php250.00 per hour (subject to availability), additional guest is Php550/person/night, cleaning fee is Php650 per booking/week, while for monthly cleaning or deep cleaning is Php950. *The management and owners are not liable for any accidents that may happen at the balcony of each guest room. Intoxicated guests, horseplay, and activities that may lead to an accident at the balcony is prohibited. The management reserves the right to move guests in different room if any prohibited activity is reported in each guest room 's balcony. Sitting at the edge of the swimming pools facing the bay is strictly prohibited. *No refund will be made for any date changes and/or shortening of stay. *The Management will not be responsible and/or liable for any lost, misplaced or stolen properties or articles during your stay. The burden of proof shall be on the guest to prove the loss. *Visitors are not permitted in the rooms overnight unless such visitor /s is registered and communicated with your host. Supplemental charges will apply. This is for the safety and protection of all guests. * PEST CONTROL: At Edin's Home, your comfort and safety are very important to us. We work hard to make sure our place is nice and free from pests. We regularly check and use treatments to prevent and manage any pest issues. But, in tropical places like ours, getting rid of all pests are completely tough. Considering this, If you're sensitive to tiny insects, we recommend considering an alternative booking option. However, if you choose to stay with us, we sincerely appreciate your understanding. Most importantly, know that we're dedicated to giving you a clean and enjoyable time during your stay with us. HOUSE RULES: 1. Please respect check in and out time. 2. No unregistered guest allowed. 3. Please respect the noise curfew, Quiet time after 10:00pm. 4. No illegal substance allowed on the premises. NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, etc. A minimum of Php10,000 penalty. 5. Please don't eat and drink in the bedroom. 6. Please clean up after yourself. 7. Please do not use towels as a floor rug. 8. No shoes policy beyond the kitchen area. Slippers are provided in adherence to our no-shoes policy beyond the kitchen area. Your comfort is our priority. 9. Our linens have undergone thorough cleaning and sanitation. Kindly be mindful of stains, as we will apply charges accordingly for any damages. 10. Hanging of clothes at the balcony is strictly prohibited. Appropriate penalty from the building admin will be imposed. 11. Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out. 12. Please take care of the furnishing. 13. Damages exceeding the security deposit will be charged accordingly. 14. Please take the trash out before you leave. The Garbage room is located just across the elevator lobby. First door on your right. 15. Please do not re arrange the furniture. 16. Please do not throw anything inside the toilet bowl and lavatory — tissue, napkins, diaper, plastics, etc. — to avoid clogging. 17. Any damage, broken and/or missing items (i.e. kitchenware/tableware, kitchen utensils, utilities, beddings, furniture, etc.) inside the unit will be charged accordingly. 18. Please refrain from unplugging any appliances or gadgets that is already in place. Especially the gateway device for the digital door lock beside the LED TV, which will affect your access to the unit if left unplugged.
