Small means less than 40 lbs. Please respect the following rules when bringing your pet: - No Pets on any of the bedding or furniture at any time. If there is any sign animals have been in these areas and our cleaners have to deep clean after your pets, the fee will be $600. This is to deep clean a house of this size. - No Pets other than the number pre-approved with the booking. Please let us know in advance if you want to bring your dog. We love to host dogs, but we need to be aware when you book, not when you arrive. -Your pets must remain within your control, on a leash, or crated at all times. They are not allowed to roam free, alone in the house, on the decks or in the yard. - Pets must sleep crated or in a gated or fenced in pet area that you provide. - No poop in the yard or you will be charged $100 if our cleaners find and have to clean poop from the yard. - If you pets are every out of control, disruptive with excessive barking, or threatening in any way to our immediate neighbors or other residents in the neighborhood you will be asked to leave without a refund.
