Living like a local on Cushman!

Unique apartment and location! Stay above a 1947 cabin. Feeling like a local as you sit on your private balcony watching Fairbanks in real time. Feel at home with local decor and owned by locals who can help make your Fairbanks stay stress free and relaxing. The TV in the bedroom actually has local TV! The arctic entry door locks for extra security. The space Upstairs kitchen combined living room with separate bedroom and bathroom Guest access Arctic entry and entire upstairs apartment. Other things to note Seventeen stairs to the apartment. Not suitable for infants or children or those unable to climb stairs. Also kitchen floor is slightly warped with age but should not interfere with regular walking and daily activities. It's been a noisy summer so I did want to add that. It's off one of our main streets. Also since the building is a commercial property it isn't the most glamorous but the apartment is cozy and well worth the cost. I try to make it comfy, but don't forget those stairs...they can be steep and please if you bring your pets keep their hair off the beds🙀
