Enjoy your private entirely renovated lower level unit. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is the perfect spot to enjoy everything Colorado has to offer. Located down the street from Old town, City Park, and CSU, with a short drive to Estes Park. This unit includes a full kitchen, living room with fireplace as well as a large dining area and more! Other things to note City Park is within walking distance and provides walking trails, open areas for activities like City Park Nine Golf Course (one of our favorites!) and food truck Rally's in the summer, fishing, playgrounds, tennis courts, picnic areas, and a public swimming pool are all available amenities. Old Town is close by and offers ample dining, shopping, and activities. you are able to walk or bike there if you want to. CSU is ~1 mile away Horsetooth Reservoir: with a 10 minute drive wear you can find yourself at Horsetooth Reservoir where you can rental paddle boards, and even boats for yourself or with a captain! there is also overnight camping on the lake, along with other great spots near by to take advantage of. Mishawaka amphitheater and restaurant: a world renouned spot for good live music on the river, and during the day they have a beautiful patio that hangs over the river where you can enjoy just about anything you'd want on an American restaurant menu. you can enjoy watching rafters and kayakers go down the river in the late summer! Also near by: Fresh Foods: Beavers Market: small local grocery store the little on mountain: high end modern eatery across the street from Fresh Foods river access: on shields a few minutes north will bring you to the Poudre River access point. you can tube down the river, enjoy time along the river (rope swings!) or use the trail for your activities! you can also likely see folks ride their horses along this trail! notes: SPIN scooters and bikes are available (usually) nearby for alternative transportation as well.
