Rosie the rustic shed in the garden

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Rosie is a little wooden cabin in our garden in the heart of the pretty village of Buriton with its Norman church, 2 pubs and duck pond overlooking the South Downs. 7 mins walk to the South Downs Way and 2miles to Petersfield station on the Portsmouth to Waterloo line. 16 miles to Chichester, Winchester, Goodwood and Portsmouth with its historic dockyard. The space Rosie is 2 interconnecting wooden cabins. One is the sitting/ sleeping area with a king size bed a single and another single fold up bed and a log burner. The other is a small kitchen area with kettle, toaster and microwave ( no cooker) and a small bathroom with shower which is curtained off. Please note that the whole area is open plan. There is no mobile signal here and currently no tv or Wi-Fi in Rosie. We have dogs which I try to contain but saffie is a bit of a Houdini dog! and they do like to bark to tell you its their garden too so if you have a problem with any of these factors this is not the place for you. oh! if you are an arachnaphobe🕷 it's not for you either. I try to keep her free of spiders but they keep sneaking in when I'm not looking.I am a huge believer in restore and renew, trying to do what i can for the beautiful environment we live in, so my furnishings are salvaged and recycled where possible. Guest access There is a patio with seating and small garden area with Rosie and guests are welcome to use the rest of the garden as well with its various seating areas. Other things to note Please note we have no mobile signal here and we do have dogs that sometimes bark also it is an uneven pathway round to Rosie so it is unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems. I can usually offer a bag drop Cocking/Midhurst or Meonstoke/Exton £20 Angmering Winchester £25. I can usually offer dinner which I will bring on a tray and you can choose where to eat. I also do packed lunches if you would like them. Menu as follows however I can cater for any specific dietary requirements and preferences as long as I know in advance. Chilli con carne with rice. Chicken Curry and rice. Sausage cassolet with crusty bread. Spaghetti Bolognese. Medeterranea vegetable casserole with crusty bread. Vegetable chickpea and lentil curry with rice. The last 2 options are vegan and gluten/dairy free without bread. All above £8 each. Garlic baguette, Cheesy garlic bread, seasonal vegetables or side salad £2.50. Fruit Crumble, Lemon Sponge or Chocolate fudge brownie with custard or icecream £5 Packed lunches. £6 Sandwiches, tuna mayo, egg mayo, cheese . Crisps, a fruit, piece of homemade cake and sausage or cheese and onion roll.
