The Kunsthaus and Hundertwasserhaus next door | HG26

Come to Vienna and stay with us in a brand new (penthouse) just around the corner from the Hundertwasserhaus and the Kunsthaus Wien - and the green Prater is also within walking distance. The apartment has a bedroom (box spring bed), as well as a living room area (couch) and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also free Wi-Fi, a modern air conditioning and Smart TV. Last but not least, the apartment offers a wonderful view over the rooftops of Vienna. The space null. Guest access A barrier-free elevator takes you directly from the ground floor to the floor of your apartment. Check-in and check-out is possible at any time of the day due to our manual code system - please always observe our check-in (earliest 3 pm) and check-out (latest 11 am) times. You will receive more information about this system after your booking. Other things to note PARKING SITUATION almost the entire city is now a declared short-term paid parking zone (Kurzparkzone), which means the following rules apply Monday to Friday (excepting on public holidays) from 9am to 10pm when parking on a public road: - You can only park for a maximum of two hours - You need to pay a street parking fee (via the app HANDYPARKEN or with parking tickets which you can buy at „Trafik“ shops) Therefore I suggest to park inside a garage on a daily basis during the week - which is easier and cheeper. The Apcoa garage Sofiensäle is 5 minutes away and costs 8€ for 24h (Blattgasse 14). In parking spots in front of the house you can park for free from Friday 22.00 to Monday 9.00.
