The house is close to several small Swedish towns with unique shopping. There is a feeling of being "up north". Winter wonderland and summer nature retreat. Lovely bedroom with the feeling of being seaside. Close to Intersate state park and the St. Croix river. Casino within one half hour. Twin Cities 45 minutes drive. Wild Mountain Ski resort is a half hour away. Ice fishing opportunities and snow mobiling trails are plentiful. Uncommon Loon is a local brewery in Chisago City, 5.2 miles My home is a perfect retreat for a time out from a busy life to exploring unique small town experiences. Guests are free to use the deck with a full view of the lake and kayaks. Note: Minimum of 7 nights stay I am available by phone or text. I am happy to answer any questions when I am home. My home is in a quiet neighborhood with ample wildlife and tranquility of lake life. A car is needed to enjoy the area. There is a public landing on the lake as well as Shawn's rentals. They rent pontoons, fishing boats, kayaks and more.
