Beautiful chalet perched on the sea at Anse Pleureuse. The house is located on Chemin de Côtes, the old King's Road that goes directly to the village of Mont-Louis where there is a grocery store (SAQ counter), pharmacy, bank, cafes, restaurants, CLSC, Atkins... Several activities available nearby: hiking, biking, sea fishing, salmon fishing, cross-country skiing, off-piste skiing, downhill skiing, golf, Forillon Park (1h30), Chute de la Roche Pleureuse, Madeleine River and more. The space The comfortable chalet includes 3 bedrooms plus a sofa bed located on a mezzanine, a bathroom and two separate shower rooms. There is also a queen-size mattress underneath a bed. The living room, which is open to the kitchen, offers stunning sea views, with the sunset in front of the house at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house has a laundry room. There is a small BBQ and a picnic table for outdoor dining. There is a platform with 4 chairs for admiring the sea and the sunset, but to get there, you have to take a small, somewhat steep rocky path.
