Brand New Villa 4 Blocks from the Lagoon

Enjoy our home in Xul-Ha, the biggest cenote in Mexico where the Laguna de Bacalar starts. We are just 4 blocks from the Xul-Ha lagoon, where you can enjoy the peacefulness and most pristine waters of the whole lagoon. Our house is conveniently located to explore the area with your own or a rented car. 🚘 Distances to the main attractions Los Rápidos 5 min Bacalar 11 min Laguna Milagros 10 min Chetumal 15 min The space The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, a huge backyard/garden full of plants and a garage for 4 cars. The master bedroom has a King mattress and an attached bathroom. The other two rooms have one Queen size bed each. All the beds are made in mahogany and are semi firm foam mattresses. Black out curtains are installed on all of the rooms and each has Air Conditioner. Each of the rooms has a desktop in case you and your friends are working while traveling and ultra fast Starlink internet. Guest access The whole house is available to you. Other things to note This is ideal if you are driving your own or a rental car. We do gardening every 2-3 days every week and have to access the garage in order to get to the backyard. We will let you know in advance to ask what time would work best for you.
