Please ensure you check out by the designated time. If you leave the room more than 30 minutes past check-out, an additional fee of ¥2,200 will be charged for every 30-minute interval. ▼Loss or Damage to Keys or Property: In the event of lost or damaged keys or significant damage to room furnishings, the actual cost of repair or replacement will be charged. (The reissue fee for a lost key is ¥9,000.) We kindly ask that you treat all items with care. ▼Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, including electronic cigarettes. If any signs of smoking or lingering odors are detected, a deodorizing and cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please do not smoke or loiter near the entrance. Also, do not discard cigarette butts on the premises. ▼For your safety, please handle fire with extreme caution. In the event of an accident or fire caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior, compensation may be required based on actual damages. We ask for your full cooperation to help ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. ▼Staying with more people than the reserved number is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is found, you will be charged double the accommodation fee. ▼The following actions will incur a penalty fee. Please take note: ・Excessive dirt or damage to the room (including entering with shoes on) ・Heavy staining of linens or towels ・Leaving behind large items (e.g., suitcases or bulky waste) ▼Please do not leave any personal belongings behind when you check out. Perishable food items will be discarded. Other lost items will be kept for up to one week. ▼Please keep quiet when entering or exiting the building at night to avoid disturbing nearby residents.
