Other things to note RESERVATIONS PROCEDURE: Upon confirming a booking, it is required by the building admin to submit a copy of every guest’s government issued ID along with an authorization letter from unit owner/authorized person, so please make sure to send it to us thru Airbnb App or in the email. The Tower’s reception won’t allow any person to check-in if NOT listed in the acknowledged authorization letter. Visitor/s are not allowed to come inside the unit unless authorized by the owner, however they are welcome to be met at the Tower’s lobby. For Last Minute Bookers: Guests who will booked within 1-2 days before check in date, please make sure to call us with the provided phone number in Airbnb app. Our listing’s price is based on 2 person occupancy, additional charges applies for 3rd and 4th person. Just make sure that you booked with the correct number of occupancy to avoid inconvenience during check in. USE OF SWIMMING POOL Building Admin charges Php 150 per person during regular days and Php 300 per person during holidays. Payable directly to the admin. Please check with the pool attendant and ask for assistance. HOUSE RULES: 1. Only booked and paid person/s are allowed to stay overnight at the place. Check your confirmation voucher to make sure about it. 2. No visitor/s are allowed to sleepover. Our Tower’s floor has CCTV’s and everyone is monitored from the moment they enter the lobby until they reach and enter each unit’s door. Once violators are reported and proven, we will charge Php1000 per person per night and will be reported to Airbnb for the misuse of property or violation of house rules. 3. Early check in or late check out is possible BUT depending on the availability. This has to be checked with us first before doing so to check and confirm the availability. Extra fees will apply for early check-in and late check out. Please remember that some guest are staying prior your arrival and it will take few hours to clean the unit before somebody could use it again. 4. The maximum capacity of every unit is ONLY 4 Persons at any given time. It is not recommendation to have more than 4 person as it will not be comfortable for guests as it is so crowded. As such, I cannot guarantee your satisfaction and therefore shall not be responsible with any discomfort that would arise when it is overcrowded. 5. A normal occupancy of our unit is 2 persons and maximum of 2 persons can only be added to the guest list provided that they are also booked and paid. 6. Non-disclosure/declaration of additional persons would be grounds for violation of our house rules and applicable Airbnb rules. 7. Cooking is allowed but frying fish and strong smelly food is NOT allowed. Aircon must be turned off while cooking and balcony door must be open as well as the range hood is ON. We will charge a minimum of Php4000 should we need to eliminate bad odor in the unit. 8. Trash bin is provided inside the toilet and in the kitchen area under the sink. Tissue paper, napkins, soap, plastics, and the likes should be thrown inside the bins and not in the toilet bowl or floor. In case we encounter a clogged toilet bowl during or just after the check out, we will be charging the guest for the declogging fees of Php2000. 9. Balcony/Terrace must be cleared and free of anything higher that its railing, hanging clothes to dry and placing nylon cords is not allowed by the building admin, minimum fines of Php1000 is strictly imposed. 10. Smoking inside the unit or even in the balcony is NOT permitted and also subject to huge penalties. 11. All things inside our unit are accounted for and has an equivalent value. Anything that will be damaged will be charged accordingly. First Aid Kit, Alcohol, Remote Controls, Slippers, Dining wares, kitchen and cooking wares are provided for the use of guests but should NOT be taken home or outside our unit’s premises. 12. For stays at least 2 nights, guests are expected to throw their garbage out. Garbage room is near the elevator. 13. Photoshoots and Video shoots are not allowed at the common areas such as the lobby, balcony and swimming pools. Though casual, non-commercial and non-exclusive photography are allowed. 14. Our House Rules are not limited to the above listed. Any act that may harm or damage anything inside the unit and building premises is considered a direct violation of the House Rules
