Guest access You have full access to the condo with the exception of one owner's closet. If items are out, they are yours to use and enjoy. The back deck is private, with a view of one of the 2 tennis courts. We just ask between 8am & 10pm that guests keep outdoor noise time a minimum. Other things to note The Quads is a family friendly community. Feel free to bring bikes for kids to ride on (not provided). In the Winter we provide sleds and snowball makers!
