Alone in the bright room near Bombardier

The bright and quiet room is in a listed old building, 10 minutes to the S-Bahn station to Berlin, opposite Bombardier. In 30 minutes you are in Berlin-Friedrichstr. The high room with plank floor and stucco is spacious and it has a large double bed for 2 people. The daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub is right next to the room. You will be staying here, in our second apartment, completely undisturbed, because we have our main apartment in Berlin Kreuzberg. I'm really looking forward to seeing you! The space The room is in a 3-room apartment, on the 2nd floor with stairs. The apartment is only used as a second home, our main apartment is in Berlin. The guest can live here undisturbed most of the time, use the bathroom and the kitchen, cook, eat and relax. They can enjoy the advantages of the capital as well as the extensive green and water areas of the attractive local recreation area on the Havel. Guest access Guests have access to the bathroom and kitchen, which is equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and cookware. A dining table with 2 chairs is there to have a cozy breakfast. During your stay My husband or I are only in the apartment for a few hours during the day because we will have a creative space there for painting and photography. I paint with watercolors that are environmentally friendly and do not smell. The guest also has the opportunity to gain an insight into our artistic activities. I am available by phone or email. Other things to note The house has only 6 apartments and we have very nice neighbors. I ask my guests to be quiet and avoid unnecessary noise.
