This home was our family home for 10+ years & is kid friendly with slides off the back deck, large grass area, & a rock-pit in the backyard. You'll enjoy many handcrafted features as well. The spacious kitchen is sure to wow you along with the 3 living spaces inside & 2 living spaces outside. Many places inside and outside to escape and enjoy your stay. The space This house is a tri-level home with a basement. Three bedrooms (one master) are on the upper level of the home with one additional master bedroom in the basement. The kitchen is very spacious with a great island to cook and eat at. The backyard is a haven with a lot of places to sit and also play. A pack and play and air mattress are available. Dogs are welcome, but we are sorry that cats are not allowed. Other things to note The property is located around 3 miles from the south gate of USAFA, 12 miles from Peterson AFB, and 16 miles from Fort Carson.
