Come enjoy our newly built guesthouse nestled on our acreage in the Golden Horn Subdivision. Surrounded by nature, with hiking & biking trails right outside your door. Northern lights often dance across the sky, and wildlife sightings are common. Designed to be both cozy and functional, this space offers the perfect relaxing retreat! Just a 15 minute drive to downtown Whitehorse, or a 5 minute walk to a school, park, disc golf course, and walking trails. The space When you arrive at the property, you’ll see our house and garage on the left. Just past the greenhouse, tucked to the right and surrounded by forest, you’ll find your private guesthouse. There is ample parking available for multiple vehicles or travel trailers. The home has a single step at the entrance, then is entirely on one level, offering 760 sq. ft. of comfortable living space. The large kitchen is fully stocked with brand-new appliances and essentials (oil, spices, coffee, and more) to make cooking easy and enjoyable. A smart TV is provided so you can log in to your own streaming accounts, and a washer and dryer with detergent are available for your use. Each bedroom has a queen bed, with extra bedding conveniently stored in the master closet. Every room has its own adjustable heating controls for your comfort. The spacious bathroom features a double vanity, offering plenty of room for getting ready or winding down. Large windows throughout the home frame peaceful forest views, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. In the summer, you can also enjoy a picnic table right out front for meals and relaxing outdoors. Guest access You will have full access to the main level of the house. There is a crawl space access on the back side of the house where our water tank is stored - we ask you do not enter this space. You can fully access Duncan Drive and the walking trails along this road. Other things to note Please note public transit does not service this area. You will require a taxi or personal vehicle.
