2 Bedroom house - Big yard for dogs

Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from all San Diego has to offer. Dedicated driveway parking and ample street parking. Extremely quick freeway access to get around. Air Conditioning and heat, fast internet and streaming services included. The space Come stay at my lovely home! :-) It has everything you need for your visit to San Diego. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a good sized kitchen and a nice back patio. The backyard is very spacious and is on a bit of a hill so it has a nice view of the neighborhood and great sunsets. There is also a large un-landscaped section behind the patio area that is fully fenced in and great for dogs to play and explore. There are two picnic tables, patio furniture, and a BBQ. Guest access You will have access to the whole house (kitchen, laundry machines, TV, Etc). The only thing you will not have access to is the garage. Fully stocked kitchen has pots/pans, utensils, all of the necessities. New stainless appliances. The bathroom is simple and has been updated with new vanity and heated toilet seat with bidet. I've also recently replaced my main sewer line so everything flows smooth! The yard is great during the day and in the evenings when the weather is nice. My house is on a bit of a hill so there is opportunity for a nice sunset, and you will have access to the BBQ and picnic tables if you are so inclined to eat outside. Other things to note The garage has been converted into a small studio apartment where I live when I am in town. It is a completely separated living space with its own entrance, bathroom, and fenced off yard area. So the main house is a completely private unit. I have hosted a lot of travel nurses and other traveling professionals over the years and I am happy to assist with pet care if needed. This was very convenient for a few of my tenants during their 12 hour shifts when I was available to let their dogs out, and/or feed them. I'm an animal lover, and its great to have dogs around :-)
