On the ground floor there is a hall, a room, a kitchen with a tiled stove, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs 1 bedroom (4 beds), 2 pass-through bedrooms (6 beds), a game room with pool, darts and foosball and a second bathroom. There are two TVs, a refrigerator and a washing machine. Atrium with fireplace seating and ping-pong table. Large garden with gazebo, fireplace, children's corner with trampoline. Swimming 4km.
