Sunny & quiet 2 bedroom / bicycle friendly

Yellow house with a blue gate, flooded with light from morning until evening. You can safely park your bicycles in my front yard. Off season, finding free parking for your car in the neighbourhood streets is easy. During Holidays, it's best to use the public parking lot nearby. Important note ! The second bedroom is up in the attics, no bathroom on that floor. The main bedroom is near the bathroom and toilets. It's a lovely artsy and cozy old house. Not a style for everyone's taste though :-) The space People adore the lovely terrace. It's very nice being surrounded by plants and chirping birds while dining or sipping your coffee. The appartement is on the second floor. It is filled with direct sunlight in the winter and keeps cool during the summer. There is a reversible AC/heater you can adjust to your liking. It's a peaceful place. The main bedroom is located near the bathroom. The second bedroom is on the third floor in the attic. Warning : there is no bathroom or toilets on the third floor ! If you are a chef in the kitchen, you might find the stove and oven rudimentary. That said, you will find all the cooking tools and dishes you need to fix a great meal. The decor is very simple to rest the mind. One piece of furniture is very precious though : my 19th century English bookshelves with stained glass widows that comes from Oxford University. I'll ask that you be extra cautious with this priceless treasure. The rest of my stuff is pretty sturdy. My home is your home, feel comfortable and treat it with respect like your own :) Guest access The whole apartment is yours. I can give you a key to my front yard to park your bicycles upon request. You share the entry/hallway with my sweet neighbors. Other things to note My neighbors across the backyard are quiet and lovely people. They live far enough that they don't mind if you have a joyful dinner outdoors. Yet, I do appreciate if you remain thoughtful and discreet :) Registration Details 3430100255525
