Newly renovated 2-bed bungalow

Hi, we’re Victoria and Joe. Our Airbnb is a clean, modern space with everything you need for your visit to Bath. It is comfortable for a short break or longer stay. Our location is perfect for discovering the beautiful sights of Bath, vibrant Bristol, and the picturesque Cotswolds. The space The bungalow has two large bedrooms, a generous sitting room, kitchenette with dining area and bathroom with shower over bath. All the rooms have high ceilings and have been tastefully decorated to a high standard. The kitchenette is small but packed with everything guests could need - microwave, induction hob, oven, extractor, washer-drier, washing machine, freestanding fridge freezer and sink. In the same room there is a dining space which comfortably sits four. There is a large separate living room with sofas, chairs, coffee tables and TV for relaxing in the evening. There is also a work desk and bench in this area. This room is separated from the bedrooms with two solid doors to ensure that guests can relax in the evening without disturbing those sleeping. The master bedroom is large with a super king size bed, hanging space, bedside tables and chest of drawers. It overlooks the front of the property. We can fit a cot in here if required. The second bedroom has a super king size bed that can be reconfigured to two singles. It has bedside drawers and a built in wardrobe area. It overlooks the rear garden. The bathroom has a shower over bath, counter top sink, WC and heated towel rail. To the front of the property, the drive area separates the bungalow from the road. At the rear of the property there is a small private fenced garden, accessible by steps. This has not been renovated yet but it a usable space Guest access Everything in the house (all rooms) are accessible. Other things to note Please note that whilst the back garden is accessible it has not been renovated yet. This is a work in progress will take place when the property is vacant.
