We hope you’ll be able to enjoy our home with the people that you love! ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ Our peaceful retreat offers four spacious bedrooms to rest your head at night. Each has been decorated in tasteful motifs which symbolize love, family, and humility. The primary bedroom is located on the ground level (or first floor) and offers a comfortable king-sized bed to stretch out on. A spacious walk-in closet means that you’ll have plenty of space to store your personal belongings. This room is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the best of San Miguel de Allende, and you’ll love nothing better than to curl up in the comfy chairs with a good book! This room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms. One offers you a cozy queen-sized bed with a pull-out twin trundle for additional sleeping space. This room has a massive built-in wardrobe for you to easily organize your belongings. This room has a desk in case you need to get some work done during your stay. Enjoy gazing out the window at the breathtaking mountain views when you need a break! The third bedroom was designed with children in mind and features two twin beds, an art station, and an electronic keyboard. It’s the perfect place for children to play! The sleek full bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower. There is an additional half bath on the ground floor to cater to the common areas. All of the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels. The fourth bedroom is a multi-purpose space that doubles as a recreation room and office but can sleep three guests. The large work desk is ideal for getting some work done and even has an HP Deskjet printer. A wall-mounted 40” smart TV is ideal for watching your favorite TV shows or enjoying a cozy family movie night. You’ll also find a cool games console, complete with Pac-Man and other arcade favorites. If you need additional sleeping space, you’ll find a giant bean bag in the living room, which can be opened up into a double floor mattress. The two living room couches are also comfortable enough to sleep on. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ Our colorful home features a stunning open floor living space that is incredibly inviting, offering the perfect place to relax and make memories with your family or friends. Cook up a storm in the modern, full kitchen which offers stylish cabinets, granite countertops, and all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you’ll need to feel at home. This newly remodeled space includes several touches of luxury including a Ninja coffee maker, a Ninja blender, and a huge 6-burner Whirlpool stove. For a quick bite, pull up one of the four stools to the kitchen counter. It’s a great spot to sit and chat with the designated chef or enjoy a soothing cup of coffee. When it’s time for a formal meal, take a seat at the very large dining table, which has plenty of room for 10 people. Overlooking the back patio, this is a relaxing space for mealtimes. Our cozy lounge is decorated with stunning, original artwork which includes pieces created by your host. There is space outdoors to smoke, but do not throw cigarette butts into plants or additional fine will be applied (400 pesos /$20 USD per cigarette butt found) - Pets are welcome, but we ask that guests make themselves responsible for disposing all animal excrement, stains, and fur/hair left behind. - If Guests decide to invite friends or others who are not guests staying at the property, Guest must notify the Host prior to arrival. - Please respect our neighbors may maintaining quiet hours between 12am - 8am. HOT TUB / JACUZZI RULES: - Absolutely no glass objects or alcoholic beverages are to be used in or around the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is inflatable so sharp objects can easily puncture the surface of the hot tub. If a guest damages the hot tub, said guest will be responsible for replacing the entire jacuzzi. - All users must bathe themselves before entering the jacuzzi to ensure its sanitation and proper use. - Using cream, lotion, gel, sunscreen, makeup, or other cosmetic products is strictly prohibited while using the jacuzzi as it will clog the filter system and can cause bacterial outbreaks. Upon booking, guests are made liable for any damages or extra cleaning that is required due to guest negligence in using skin, hair, or other bodily products. - All minors using the hot tub must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times while in use. - Animals are strictly prohibited from entering the hot tub under any circumstances. Animal hairs or residue found in the hot tub will incur a heavy fine. - When leaving, please be sure to throw all trash & food items, turn off all lights and appliances, & securely lock all doors as you leave. IMPORTANT NOTE - PRICE OF PARADISE DISCLOSURE: Mexico is a developing country and its energy, services, and telecommunications infrastructure is highly unreliable. Power outages, water shortages, gas leaks, and internet service provider failures are commonplace things for all users. This is not the USA or a first world country.
