This lakefront oasis is located in an all-season, gated community in the Pocono Mountains. This amazing Lakefront home with scenic views inside and out, has everything including smart TV’s with Ruku TV, 4 Mitsubishi A/C Units, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, floats, fire pit, speaker, cornhole, PS4, Arcade games, Foosball, mini hoop basketball, and boards games . Enjoy fishing off the dock, Kayaking or paddle boarding on the lake, sitting around the firepit or enjoying all the amenities the hideout offers including 2 beaches, pools, golf course, ski hill, tennis courts and basketball courts. The layout: Lake Daze Inn offers amazing lake views inside and out. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, sofas and smart tv's. The outdoor deck offers breathtaking lake views with a large outdoor table, as well as 2 Adirondack chairs to relax. There is a bedroom with a Queen size bed and a full bathroom on the main floor. The upstairs welcomes you to 2 additional bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with 2 bunk beds and a jack and Jill bathroom with a tub. Lower level has 1 more bedroom with 2 single beds, a family room with 2 modern futon pull outs for additional sleeping, PS4, Smart TV, arcade games, foosball table and there is also a Half bath and laundry area. The Lower level sliding door leads out to backyard with a seating area, designated firepit area, Hammack and direct, private access to Roamingwood lake. Lake Daze Inn is approximately a 17 minute walk to the Hideout Ski hill and grill, 14 minute minute walk to the North beach and outdoor basketball court and a 14 minute walk to the main beach/pool/ tiki bar. Access: our guest have access to the entire house. The garage, motor boat,, wave runners, and marked or locked cabinets are for owner’s use only. Guests have an access to the entire house and beach front, as well as the amenities the Hideout has to offer. Property manager will be available to answer any questions. The Hideout is a complete four season recreational community that maintains over forty (40) miles of paved roads and modern central sewer and water systems. We realize this may be new to some travelers so we like to be as upfront about this as possible. Upon confirmation of your stay we will request a guest information packet to be completed to supply to the front gate (including names, ages & addresses of guests, car information & additional details.) A form will be sent to the email of the primary renter for completion. Primary renter must be at least 30 yo. The maximum allowed capacity for our lake house is 11 guests & 4 cars. Each guest requires an ID issued by the community to use the facilities. Use of all community facilities is pursuant to the rules, regulations, guidelines and fees established by The Hideout POA. . This is not the house to rent if you are looking to have a variety of visitors come and go throughout your stay, or are hoping to squeeze in additional people, as we will be made aware and you will lose your security deposit. The fines for being in violation are steep and compromises our standing in the community and ability to rent again in the future. *Cleaning Fee includes cleaning, guest registration, amenity access and any other accommodations during your stay
