Amenities include: - 3 private bedrooms with closets - All brand new memory foam spring mattresses - 55" Smart TV in the living room [guests can log into their own accounts] - Full kitchen with fridge (with ice maker), oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of cooking supplies and appliances! - Full bathroom with large shower - Washer and dryer (with detergent) - Relaxing living room with a large comfy couch - Wall-mounted desk with a stool Guest access Guests have full, private, access to entire home. The driveway is yours to park in, but please note we only allow up to 3 cars at the property in order to respect the neighbors! Other things to note An outdoor security camera is used to monitor the property. We do not allow more guests on the property than those that are booked. This includes people "stopping by". We do this in order to respect our sweet, quiet neighborhood and our neighbors. Please also note this property is smoke-free! We have a zero tolerance policy for parties.
