Mer du Gazeau cottage, 3-star rated, with sauna, billiards

The "sea" gîte is part of a set of 3 independent gîtes, each with a private terrace overlooking a 2600 m2 park surrounded by canals. You can admire the sunset in peace, and observe the many migratory birds in the heart of this Natura 2000 classified site. In addition, a common room in the cottages equipped with billiards, sports equipment and a sauna is available free of charge. Linens and towels are not provided. The space The 48 m2 "mer" gîte for 4 people is part of a large renovated barn composed of 3 independent gîtes beautifully equipped and classified 3 *. It consists of a master bedroom on the ground floor and a sloping bedroom upstairs with two single beds, an open room to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each of the 3 cottages has a private and equipped terrace overlooking a park common to the 3 cottages of 2400 m² with views of the canals. In addition, a common room exclusively reserved for tenants of the cottages (open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) is equipped with an American pool table, sports equipment and a sauna is at your disposal free of charge. Please note that the gîte is for a maximum capacity of 4 people, you will not be able to invite people from outside, on the other hand there is only one parking space per gîte. Please note: Sheets (possibly optional: 16 euros per bed in addition) and towels (to be brought by you) are not provided. the end-of-stay cleaning package is optional at 50 euros. The cottages are not equipped for PRM. Deckchairs, parasols and barbecues are available from April to September. Other things to note The cottages are set in an old barn, the doors and beams are quite low. For technical and ecological reasons, sheets are not included: extra 16 euros per bed. Final cleaning is an extra 50 euros.
