“The Hub” - formerly known as the “Batumi World Hostel” - is now a boutique IT BnB that is a Co-Work Living-space" that focuses on a pod concepts paying homage to a vision for “in town glamping” concepts. Providing services to companies and individual visionaries that enjoy living in the city center with perfect access to the Sea, 6th May Park, Dolphinarium with amazing Wi-Fi, luxurious Pods and a gourmet full kitchen accouterments to include Rotisserie Ovens. The space We have several accommodation options. This specific ad is for one pod in a shared room of four pods. Each pod provides you a bed and some space for your belongings. You will have the top or bottom pod. We have multiple shared kitchens consisting of a state of the art new gourmet refrigerators, sinks, filtered water dispensers throughout the property with hot, cold, and room temperature water settings, multiple jumbo gourmet stoves, with jumbo gourmet ovens that include rotisserie options so you can enjoy cooking until your heart is content. We have wondrous bathrooms, equipped with toilets, showers, and soaker tubs with electric and gas water heaters for those excellent bubble baths. The bathrooms are accessible to all guests. There are three washer/dryer combos in total that are brand new and free! We have excellent heating and cooling throughout the property. Of course, we have free WiFi, electricity, gas, and water as well as VAT is included in the price. Guest access You have access to your private room of course and all amenities on the property!
