Hi! This apartment is available while I'm on vacation :) The apartment is centrally located 4 blocks from Lake Merritt and a few blocks from the Laney College park. It's full of sunlight and is big and homey and a great place to live. It's best suited for 1-3 people to match the beds available. The space I live in a big, sunny apartment, 4 blocks from the Lake Merritt amphitheater. There is an east-facing bedroom, kitchen, sewing studio and a living room. The sewing studio could be used as an art space, office or as a second bedroom. There is an itty-bitty porch in the back. No laundry onsite - it is 3 blocks away. The rooms: One bedroom with a double bed that fits 2 people. One sewing studio/art studio/office with a single day-bed that fits 1 person. Guest access The entire apartment is yours! Except for my closet. I love my place, am happy to share it with visitors. The home will be furnished and I still have my stuff there - there is space for your luggage but not many drawers or shelves for unpacking. I have wonderful neighbors and am blocks from the Laney College park and Lake Merritt, a 10-minute walk from the Lake Merritt Bart. Other things to note Please note again -- this wonderful apartment is where I live. There is space for your luggage but no shelves/drawers to unpack very much. There are no locks on any of the bedroom doors.
