However, the owners have provided a Charlbroil Electric Grill for our guests' use, only on the outside deck. • Linens: quality sheets, pillowcases, beach, bath, and kitchen towels included. • Soaps: shampoos, conditioners, facial bar soap, body bar soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. • Paper products: bath tissue and paper towels included. Notes: • Unit located on the 2nd floor • Elevator and stairs available • Smoking is not allowed in the condo or within 25 feet of any entrance. This includes balconies. Guests in violation are subject to a $500 fine. • BBQing is not allowed on the porches
