Brand new house with a huge sunny garden. The house is placed in a nice, secure and familyfriendly area. We live very close to the public transport, and you can be in Copenhagen City center within 20 minutes by bus. There are a several places to shop groceries within walking distance and a few minutes walk to a nice park area with a lake and playgrounds. 4 bedrooms and plenty of toys. The space The house has a big green garden with sun all day. The are two big terrasses and a lot of outdoor activities for the children such as swings, a big trampoline and outdoor games. The house consists of a diningroom with integrated kitchen, livingroom, four bedrooms, washroom, and two full bathrooms. There is floorheating in all parts of the house. Guest access All rooms in the house can be used. Other things to note We rent the house out to families with children or to adults.
