In a quiet and wooded environment, come and discover this traditional rustic chalet that can accommodate up to 4 people. Linens and towels included. 200 meters from the Vallons forest and hiking and horseback riding trails, 20 minutes' drive from the sea (Damgan) or Vannes, and with shops accessible 1 km away, this chalet offers the opportunity for a rejuvenating experience with optimal comfort. Canal+, Disney+, Prime Video. The space On the ground floor - A living room with a roller table (2 to 4 people), - A Smart TV with access to Molotov, YouTube, Netflix. (Platforms are subject to change) - A quality sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) - A kitchen equipped with: Fridge + freezer, Combined microwave oven, small dishwasher, percolator espresso coffee maker, 1L kettle, toaster and various cooking utensils (including a pancake pan ;). - Bathroom: toilet, sink with storage, towel dryer and large shower with hydromassage jets. Hairdryer provided and clothes rack. Upstairs (mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder): - Bed on traditional futon bed base (160 cm x 200 cm), - Armchair and reading nook - Housing net Other equipment: We provide our guests with a free washing machine and a dryer (with an extra 5 euros for the dryer) in our house, at the garage level. Access information is shared with you in the welcome email. Guest access This accommodation is a detached cottage located on our 2800 m2 property, away from our home and with private access and parking. The parking lot can accommodate a second vehicle and a camper van if needed. Other things to note We also offer outdoor garden furniture (two to 4 seats) with two sun loungers. On request and at no extra charge: - Baby bed, bathtub with lounger, high chair and changing mat. - Ironing board and iron - Duo or family raclette machine. Other things TO note: - Wifi internet (can be deactivated for electrosensitive people) or wired RJ45. - Beds made and towels provided (specify mezzanine and/or ground floor when booking). - Pets accepted, to be specified when booking. - Access to the mezzanine by children under 6 years of age must be accompanied by an adult on the way up and down. There is a net upstairs that closes off access to the ladder and secures the mezzanine. - Large trampoline and games for children accessible (in friendly sharing with our children;).
